and mentally. Whether at our City, Kilbirnie, or Lower Hutt gyms, or even at your own location, we tailor each 45-minute session to fit your team’s needs. Just bring your workout gear, gloves, wraps, and a positive attitude—let’s make it a knockout experience!

Workplace teams, sports teams, school/ youth groups. These sessions are perfect for anyone looking to enhance relationships and improve physical activity within their team.

A FUN boxing cardio workout, where everyone will get pushed not only physically but also mentally. The team will learn the basics of boxing eg. boxing stance, footwork and how to throw punches correctly. Sessions will consist of bag/pad work, exercises such as burpees, push-ups, squats, running, core exercises and a whole lot more. These sessions cater for anyone at any fitness level and can be tailored to suit your individual needs.

Sessions are run onsite at one of our gyms - City, Kilbirnie or Lower Hutt. However if this isn't an option for you, we can go off site and run the session at your work place.

COST:
Onsite - Wellington Boxing Gyms = $175 per session
Off-site - your location = $199 per session.
Please note we require a $50 non-refundable deposit for these sessions
