Do you want to see what our fighters go through in the lead up to a fight? (minus the fight at the end)
WBG is excited to announce or NEW Commit to Fit programme! Its 6 weeks of intensive training pushing your mind and body to its limits by putting you through the paces of what our fighters go through in the lead up to a fight (minus the fight). This is not a programme measuring your weight loss as an outcome, but a programme that uses your fitness as a measurement.
You will be part of a 20 person team who will train/sweat/laugh and maybe cry together 3 times a week. Each individual has their own fitness level and goals but together as a team of champs you will become a fitter/stronger and healthier version of yourself!
So come commit to fit with WBG!
KEY DATES AND INFORMATION
Cost:
$200 one off payment for WBG members
$250 one off payment for NON WBG members
Availability:
20 spots for Kilbirnie gym programme
20 spots for Lower Hutt gym programme
Class sessions and dates:
All classes are 45 minutes in duration. Penalties for lateness so be on time ;) The classes will be a variety of cardio modalities, body weight HIIT, running cardio conditioning, bag work and pad work. There is no contact in these classes or sparring. Its the fitness element of a fight camp without the fight component.
Programme starts 1st November and runs for 6 weeks
Tuesday, Thursday 6am and Saturday 7am for Kilbirnie gym
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 6am for Lower Hutt gym
Midway session dates TBC
Gear equipment needed:
Your awesome self and a positive attitude as we will push your mind and body. We have public gloves you can use, but if you have your own, please bring them along. Wraps or quick wraps are strongly recommended as they support your wrists and knuckles. Drink bottle, towel and comfortable exercise gear.
